THE LALUNA STORY

We're a mother-and-daughter duo who started LaLuna because, honestly, we were just so bored with what the big stores were offering. We wanted pieces that looked fresh and modern - things we'd actually wear - with a twist of something different. Not crazy expensive, not mass-produced and definitely not boring.

So, without a plan (or a clue), we boarded a plane on our way to our first buying trip. Chané ( my daughter) became the trend spotter and fashion eye, while I managed the spreadsheets and snack planning, These days she's flying the world as international cabin crew - still spotting trends from the skies - and I have taken the reins full-time while Chané offers love and support.​

I do everything from buying to styling, because I love fashion, hate "ou tannie klere" and learned from a young age to make a few key pieces go a long way. That's what LaLuna is all about: effortless style, a tad of exclusivity and easy wearable pieces - from casual to casual-chic.

My favourite part? Besides the shopping, it's hearing customers say: "This is so me!" or "I love everything in here." That's how I know I am doing the right thing, for our customers.
